LIBRARY ANNIVERSARY: Auction Commemorates Decade
The Waukee library is 10 this year and to commemorate, Channel 13’s Chief meteorologist Ed Wilson will host an auction from 5-7 p.m. Sunday.
The Waukee resident will be gaveling away Fareway gift cards, weekend getaway and show tickets are up for grabs.
The building was funded through $2 million bond issue in 2001 and opened in March 2003.
